उद्वां पृक्षासो मधुमन्तो अस्थुरा सूर्यो अरुहच्छुक्रमर्णः । यस्मा आदित्या अध्वनो रदन्ति मित्रो अर्यमा वरुणः सजोषाः ॥

úd vāṃ pṛkṣā́so mádhumanto asthur ā́ sū́ryo aruhac chukrám árṇaḥ | yásmā ādityā́ ádhvano rádanti mitró aryamā́ váruṇaḥ sajóṣāḥ ||

لأجلكما أُقيمت الأشربةُ المُعسَّلة؛ وقد اعتلى سُوريا السيلَ اللامعَ المتألّق. ولأجله يُمهِّدُ الآديتيا—مِترا وأريامان وفارونا—متّحدين، طريقَ المسير.
