त्वे ह यत्पितरश्चिन्न इन्द्र विश्वा वामा जरितारो असन्वन् । त्वे गावः सुदुघास्त्वे ह्यश्वास्त्वं वसु देवयते वनिष्ठः ॥

Transliteration

tvé ha yát pitáraś cin na indra víśvā vāmā́ jaritā́ro ásanvan | tvé gā́vaḥ sudúghās tvé hy áśvās tváṃ vásu devayaté vániṣṭhaḥ ||

Translation

فيكَ حقًّا، يا إندرا، وجدَ آباؤُنا أيضًا—وهم مُنْشِدونَ مُسَبِّحون—كلَّ العطايا المُشْتَهَاة. فيكَ الأبقارُ غزيرةُ الدَّرِّ، وفيكَ الخيلُ ذاتُ القُوَّة؛ أنتَ الثروةُ الأجدرُ بالظَّفَرِ لمن يطلبُ الإلهيَّ.
