अयं सोमश्चमू सुतोऽमत्रे परि षिच्यते । प्रिय इन्द्राय वायवे ॥
Transliteration
ayáṁ sómaś camū́ sutó 'mátre pári sicyate | priyá índrāya vāyáve ||
Translation
هذا السُّوما، وقد عُصِر ووُضِع في القَدَح (camū)، يُسكَب من كلِّ جانبٍ في إناء القَبول (amatre)، محبوبًا لإندرا ولڤايو؛ لكي تفرح القوّةُ والنَّفَسُ بجوهرِ القُربان.
