उदस्तम्भीत्समिधा नाकमृष्वोऽग्निर्भवन्नुत्तमो रोचनानाम् । यदी भृगुभ्यः परि मातरिश्वा गुहा सन्तं हव्यवाहं समीधे ॥
Transliteration
úd astambhīt samídhā nā́kam ṛ́ṣvo 'gnír bhávann uttamó rocanā́nām | yadī́ bhṛ́gubhyaḥ pári mātáriśvā guhā́ sántaṃ havyavā́haṃ samī́dhe ||
Translation
بالحطب المُوقِد أسند السماء؛ أغني السامي، إذ صار الأعلى بين العوالم المضيئة. حين أوقد ماتاريشفان، لأجل البْهْرِغُو، حاملَ القرابين الذي كان كامنًا في الخفاء.
