दिदृक्षन्त उषसो यामन्नक्तोर्विवस्वत्या महि चित्रमनीकम् । विश्वे जानन्ति महिना यदागादिन्द्रस्य कर्म सुकृता पुरूणि ॥
didṛ́kṣanta uṣáso yā́mann aktór vivásvatyā máhi citrám anī́kam | víśve jānanti mahinā́ yad ā́gād índrasya kárma sukṛ́tā purū́ṇi ||
راغبةً في الرؤية، تنظرُ الأُشَس (Uṣas، الفجرات) في مسيرِ الليل إلى الوجهِ العظيمِ العجيبِ لِـ«فيفاسفات» (Vivasvat) المتألّق. والجميعُ يعرفون، بعظمته، متى قد أتى: أعمالُ إندرا الكثيرةُ المُحكَمة—تشكّلاتُ ظفرِه في النفس.
