Sukta 2.28
प्र सीमादित्यो असृजद्विधर्ताँ ऋतं सिन्धवो वरुणस्य यन्ति । न श्राम्यन्ति न वि मुचन्त्येते वयो न पप्तू रघुया परिज्मन् ॥
prá sīm ādityó asṛjad vi-dhártāṃ ṛtáṃ síndhavo váruṇasya yanti | ná śrāmyanti ná ví mucanty eté váyo ná paptū raghu-yā́ pári-jman ||
أطلق الآدِتْيَا، المُدبِّر، هذه الأنهار: فالأنهار تسير في «رِتا»؛ وتمضي في سبيل فَرُونَة. لا تكلّ ولا تُفلت مسارها؛ وكالطيور تطير سريعةً في رحلتها الدائرة—خاضعةً للناموس الكامن في الحركة.
