ते त्वा मदा अमदन्तानि वृष्ण्या ते सोमासो वृत्रहत्येषु सत्पते । यत्कारवे दश वृत्राण्यप्रति बर्हिष्मते नि सहस्राणि बर्हयः ॥

Transliteration

té tvā madā́ amadan tā́ni vṛ́ṣṇyā té sómāso vṛtra-hátyeṣu sat-pate | yát kāráve dáśa vṛtrā́ṇy apratí barhíṣmate ní sahásrāṇi barháyaḥ ||

Translation

لقد أسكرتْكَ تلك النشواتُ—تلك القوى الثورية كالثور؛ وتلك عَصْراتُ السُّوما، يا سَتْپَتي (سيّد الحقّ)، في معاركِ فِرِتْرا. حينَ، من أجلِ المُنشدِ الذي يَبْسُطُ البَرْهِس (الفِراشَ المقدّس)، تُسقِطُ ألفَ حاجزٍ وعشرَ عوائقَ لا تُقاوَم.
