Nityā-paṭala-prakaraṇa

The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala

ततस्तां प्राग्वदभ्यर्च्य स्वात्मन्युद्वास्य तां जपेत् । सहस्रवारं स्थिरधीः पूर्णात्मा विचरेत्सुखी ॥ १९३ ॥

tatastāṃ prāgvadabhyarcya svātmanyudvāsya tāṃ japet | sahasravāraṃ sthiradhīḥ pūrṇātmā vicaretsukhī || 193 ||

ثم يُعاد تكريمُها كما من قبل، وتُستحضَر لتستقرّ في الذات، ثم يُردَّد ذلك المانترا. فإذا رُدِّد ألفَ مرةٍ بعقلٍ ثابت، امتلأ الباطنُ كمالًا وسار المرءُ في سكينةٍ وسعادة.
