Narada (continuing a technical mantra-description within the Narada Purana’s Vedanga/ritual-technical section)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It encodes the standard mantra-śāstra identifiers—bīja count, kūṭa-structure, ṛṣi, and chandas—showing that mantra practice must be grounded in precise transmission (rishi) and correct metrical/phonetic form (chandas).
Bhakti here is expressed as disciplined mantra-upāsanā: devotion becomes effective when the deity (Tripurabhairavī) is approached through correctly known mantra-components rather than vague sentiment.
Chandas (a Vedāṅga) is directly referenced through the identification of the Paṅkti metre, emphasizing correct metrical recitation as a practical requirement for mantra-japa and ritual usage.
