यवैर्हुते श्रियः प्राप्तिस्तिलैराज्यैरघक्षयः । तिलतंडुलसिद्धार्थजालैर्वश्यो नृपो भवेत् ॥ ३३ ॥
yavairhute śriyaḥ prāptistilairājyairaghakṣayaḥ | tilataṃḍulasiddhārthajālairvaśyo nṛpo bhavet || 33 ||
إذا قُدِّمت القُربان في النار المقدّسة بالشعير نالت النفسُ رخاءَ شري (لاكشمي)؛ وبالسمسم والسمن (الغي) تُمحى الآثام. وبترتيب طقسٍ يجمع السمسمَ والأرزَّ وحبَّ الخردل الأبيض (سِدّهارثا)، يمكن حتى للملك أن يُستمال ويُخضع للتأثير.

It presents a dravya–phala principle: specific homa substances (barley, sesame, ghee) are linked to specific outcomes—prosperity and purification—showing that ritual action is meant to align worldly welfare with ethical cleansing.
While primarily technical, it supports bhakti indirectly by prescribing pure, sattvic offerings and expiatory substances (like sesame with ghee) that remove obstacles (agha) and make worship and mantra-sādhana more efficacious.
It highlights ritual-technical knowledge: selecting dravyas for homa and understanding their phala (results), a core applied aspect of Kalpa (Vedanga dealing with ritual procedures).
