आत्मन्यन्ते च भूयिष्ठा ध्रुवो बीजान्तिमो मनुः । द्विषष्ट्यर्णोऽस्य मुन्यादि सर्वं पूर्ववदीरितम् ॥ १५१ ॥
ātmanyante ca bhūyiṣṭhā dhruvo bījāntimo manuḥ | dviṣaṣṭyarṇo'sya munyādi sarvaṃ pūrvavadīritam || 151 ||
تُوضَعُ «آ» في البدء و«مَ» في الختام، ويُملَأُ الوسطُ غالبًا بسائر الأصوات. «دْهْرُوفَا» هو الجزء الثابت (اللبّ)، و«بِيجَا» هو مقطعُ البذرة، و«مَنُو» هو الصيغةُ الختامية. هذه الفِدْيَا/المانترا ذاتُ اثنين وستين مقطعًا، وأمّا الرِّشي وسائرُ الأمور فتُفهَم كما قيل سابقًا.
