षड्दीर्घाढ्येन बीजेन यं च बीजादिना पुनः । षङंगानि न्यसेदस्य जातियुक्तानि मंत्रवित् ॥ ७ ॥
ṣaḍdīrghāḍhyena bījena yaṃ ca bījādinā punaḥ | ṣaṅaṃgāni nyasedasya jātiyuktāni maṃtravit || 7 ||
على العارف بالمانترا أن يُجري النْياسا (nyāsa) لأعضاء الستة ببِيجا (bīja) الموشّاة بست حركاتٍ طويلة، ثم يُعيد النْياسا ببِيجا تبتدئ بـ«yaṃ»؛ وهكذا يُثبّت الأَنْغا الستة، كلٌّ منها مقترنٌ بـ«jāti» الخاصة به (الصنف/هيئة التنغيم).
