युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya

ततो गच्छेत राजेन्द्र चम्पकारण्यमुत्तमम्‌ | तत्रोष्य रजनीमेकां गोसहस्रफलं लभेत्‌,राजेन्द्र! तदनन्तर उत्तम चम्पकारण्य (चम्पारन)-की यात्रा करे। वहाँ एक रात निवास करनेसे तीर्थयात्रीको सहस्र गोदानका फल मिलता है

tato gacchet rājendra campakāraṇyam uttamam | tatroṣya rajanīm ekāṁ gosahasraphalaṁ labhet, rājendra ||

ثمّ، يا خيرَ الملوك، ليمضِ إلى غابة تشمباكارانيا (Campakāraṇya) الفاضلة. فإذا أقام فيها ليلةً واحدة، أيها الملك، نال الحاجّ ثوابًا يعادل هبةَ ألفِ بقرة—وهكذا تُمدَح الرحلةُ المقدّسة لقدرتها على مضاعفة البرّ بفضل السفر المنضبط والمقام الموقَّر.
