अध्याय १४९ — हनूमतो महद्रूपदर्शनं तथा धर्म-नीति-उपदेशः

ततः प्रवृत्ति: सीताया गृप्रेण सुमहात्मना । सम्पातिना समाख्याता रावणस्य निवेशने,तदनन्तर गृध्रजातीय महाबुद्धिमान् सम्पातिने सीताजीके सम्बन्धमें यह समाचार दिया कि वे रावणके नगरमें विद्यमान हैं
tataḥ pravṛttiḥ sītāyā gṛdhreṇa sumahātmanā | sampātinā samākhyātā rāvaṇasya niveśane ||
ثم إنّ سَمْپاتِي، النسرَ العظيمَ النفس، أخبر بالخبر عن سيتا: أنّها موجودةٌ في دارِ رافَنا. وفي الإطار الأخلاقي للسرد، هي لحظةٌ يصبح فيها الشهادةُ الصادقةُ والعونُ الرحيمُ أداتين للدَّرما، تهديان أهلَ الحقّ إلى إنقاذ البريئة.
