हंस–साध्यसंवादः, वाक्-निग्रहः, महाकुल-लक्षणम्, शान्ति-उपायः

Hamsa–Sādhya Dialogue; Restraint of Speech; Marks of Noble Lineage; Means to Peace

एवमेव कुले जाता: पावकोपमतेजस: । क्षमावन्तो निराकारा: काष्ठेडग्निरिव शेरते

evam eva kule jātāḥ pāvakopama-tejasaḥ | kṣamāvanto nirākārāḥ kāṣṭhe 'gnir iva śerate ||

وكذلك، وُلد الباندافا في سلالةٍ نبيلة، وهم متلألئون كالنار، غير أنهم صبورون، متواضعون في الظاهر. بلا تكلّف ولا اضطراب، يرقدون مستترين كنارٍ كامنة في الخشب، يحجبون قوتهم ونفوذهم حتى يدعوهم الزمان إلى الظهور.
