सुदुर्गमा सुविषमा घोरात्यर्थ सुदुर्दशा । रणभूमिरभूद् राजन् महावैतरणी यथा
sudurgamā suviṣamā ghorātyartha sudurdaśā | raṇabhūmir abhūd rājan mahāvaitaraṇī yathā ||
قال سانجيا: أيها الملك، لقد صار ميدان القتال عصيًّا على الاجتياز، وعرًا خادعًا بالمخاطر—مروّعًا فوق كل قياس، مشهدَ كارثةٍ قصوى—كأنه نهر فايتَرَني العظيم ذاته. وتُبرز هذه المشابهة أن الحرب، إذا أُطلقت، تحوّلت إلى معبرٍ جحيميٍّ يطغى فيه العذاب على كل حدود البشر المألوفة.
