सुवर्णवर्णसंनाहैयोंचै: कनकभूषणै: । आस्थिता: क्लूृप्तवर्माणो भद्रा नित्यमदा द्विपा:
suvarṇavarṇasaṃnāhair yocaiḥ kanakabhūṣaṇaiḥ | āsthitāḥ klṛptavarmāṇo bhadrā nityamadā dvipāḥ ||
قال سانجيا: وقد تزيّنت الفيلة النبيلة بأحزمةٍ ذات لونٍ ذهبيّ وبحُليٍّ من الذهب البهيّ، وكانت—وهي في حال الهياج (rut) على الدوام—تقف مستعدة، وقد أُحكم إعداد دروعها ولوازمها. ويُبرز المشهد استعدادًا مقصودًا فخمًا للقتال، حيث تُحشد القوة والمظاهر لخدمة حربٍ مدمّرة.
