तिष्ठतो युगपालीषु शोणानप्यधितिष्ठत: । नापश्यदन्तरं द्रोणस्तदद्भुतमिवाभवत्
tiṣṭhato yugapālīṣu śoṇān apy adhitiṣṭhataḥ | nāpaśyad antaraṃ droṇas tad adbhutam ivābhavat ||
قال سنجيا: مع أنهم ثبتوا في صفوفهم القتالية، ومع أن المذبحة القانية كانت تعصف من كل جانب، لم يجد درونا ثغرةً واحدة. بدا الأمر كأنه أعجوبة حقًّا—لحظة استثنائية حين كبح الانضباط والعزم، ولو إلى حين، حتى معلّم السلاح.
