Ghaṭotkaca–Karna Combat and the Release of Śakti
बहूनि तव सैन्यानि योधाश्व बहवस्तव । न तथा पाण्डुपुत्राणामेवं युद्धमवर्तत,पहले तुम्हारे पास बहुत-सी सेनाएँ और बहुत-से योद्धा थे। पाण्डवोंके पास उतने सैनिक नहीं थे। इस अवस्थामें युद्ध आरम्भ हुआ था
bahūni tava sainyāni yodhāś ca bahavas tava | na tathā pāṇḍuputrāṇām evaṁ yuddham avartata ||
قال كارنا: «كان لديك جيوش كثيرة ومحاربون كثيرون. أمّا أبناء باندو فلم يكن لديهم مثل ذلك العدد. وفي مثل هذه الظروف غير المتكافئة بدأت هذه الحرب».
