असितो देवलश्लैव नारदश्न महातपा: । पितामहश्न मे व्यासस्त्वामाहुर्विधिमुत्तमम्,“असित, देवल, महातपस्वी नारद तथा मेरे पितामह व्यासने आपको ही सर्वोत्तम विधि बताया है
sañjaya uvāca | asito devalaś caiva nāradaś ca mahātapāḥ | pitāmahaś ca me vyāsas tvām āhur vidhim uttamam ||
قال سنجيا: «إنَّ أسيتا، وديفالا، ونارادا صاحب الزهد العظيم، وجدّي فياسا—جميعهم أعلنوا أنك المرجع الأعلى في صواب الإجراء وحسن السلوك.»
