भूरिश्रवसः गर्हा, प्रायोपवेशः, सात्यकिकृतशिरच्छेदः
Bhūriśravas’s Censure, Prāyopaveśa, and Sātyaki’s Beheading
इति श्रीमहाभारते द्रोणपर्वणि जयद्रथवधपर्वणि सात्यकिकप्रवेशे दुर्योधनकृतवर्मपराजये षोडशाधिकशततमो<ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate droṇaparvaṇi jayadrathavadhaparvaṇi sātyakikapraveśe duryodhanakṛtavarmaparājaye ṣoḍaśādhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ
وهكذا، في «المهابهاراتا الشريفة»، ضمن «دروṇa بارفا»—وخاصة في القسم المتعلق بقتل جايادراثا—يُختَتم الفصل السادس عشر بعد المئة، واصفًا اقتحام ساتياكي غمار القتال وهزيمة دوريودhana وكريتافارمان. وتشير خاتمة الفصل إلى منعطفٍ أخلاقي في سرد الحرب: فالبأس والعزم يشقّان صفوف الخصوم، أمّا المقاومة المتعالية فتلقى انقلاب المصير، وسط تصاعد عواقب الأدهارما في ساحة الوغى.
