तदपास्य धनुश्किन्नं द्रोण: क्षत्रियमर्दन:
Transliteration
tad apāsya dhanuḥ chinnaṃ droṇaḥ kṣatriya-mardanaḥ
Translation
قال سانجيا: فلما طرح درونا—ساحق المحاربين—ذلك القوس وقد قُطع، وقف مستعدًّا لمواصلة القتال. ويُبرز هذا السطر عزيمة معلّم السلاح القاتمة؛ إذ لا يترك واجبه الحربي حتى إذا انكسر سلاحه، وسط اضطراب الأخلاق في الحرب.
