Yudhiṣṭhira’s Anxiety and the Dispatch of Bhīma; Attempted Breakthrough into Droṇa’s Formation
व्यसृजन्त शरौघांस्ते पाण्डवं प्रति पार्थिवा: । न चाव्यथत धर्मात्मा वासवि: परवीरहा
vyasṛjanta śaraughāṁs te pāṇḍavaṁ prati pārthivāḥ | na cāvyathata dharmātmā vāsaviḥ paravīrahā ||
قال سنجيا: إن أولئك الملوك أطلقوا سيولًا من السهام على الباندڤا. غير أنّ البطلَ ذي النفسِ التقيّة—ابنَ إندرا، قاتلَ أبطالِ الأعداء—لم يتزعزع ولم يَفْتُر، بل ثبتَ راسخًا في قلبِ الهجوم.
संजय उवाच
Even amid overwhelming violence, the dharmic warrior is marked by inner steadiness—courage rooted in duty and self-mastery rather than rage or panic.
A group of kings unleash a heavy barrage of arrows at the Pāṇḍava (Arjuna), but he remains unshaken, described as righteous and as Indra’s son who defeats enemy champions.
