FAQs

It internalizes Linga-upāsanā: the true shrine is the heart-lotus, where disciplined dharma becomes the foundation and jñāna becomes the subtle channel through which the devotee contemplates Pati (Śiva).

Śiva-tattva is approached as the indwelling Lord realized within the heart; the verse frames realization as arising through dharma (purification) culminating in jñāna (direct insight), loosening pāśa (bondage) upon the paśu (soul).

A dhyāna-based practice: visualizing the hṛdaya-puṇḍarīka (heart-lotus) and cultivating dharma and jñāna as the inner supports for Pāśupata-style meditation on Śiva.
