व्यपोहनस्तवनिरूपण-प्रसङ्गे नक्तभोजन-शिवव्रतविधिः (वार्षिक-प्रतिमास-क्रमः)
ब्राह्मणान् भोजयित्वा च श्रोत्रियान् वेदपारगान् श्वेताग्रपादं पौण्ड्रं च दद्याद्गोमिथुनं पुनः
brāhmaṇān bhojayitvā ca śrotriyān vedapāragān śvetāgrapādaṃ pauṇḍraṃ ca dadyādgomithunaṃ punaḥ
بعد إطعام البراهمة—من الشروتريا العارفين الذين بلغوا غاية الفيدا—ينبغي أن يُمنَح مرة أخرى زوجٌ من الأبقار: بقرة من سلالة Pauṇḍra وأخرى تمتاز بأطراف أقدام بيضاء. إن هذا الدانا، إذا قُدِّم بروح خدمة شيفا (Śiva-sevā)، يُرخِي قيد الـpāśa عن الباشو بفضل نعمة البَتي، الربّ مهاديڤا.
