Shloka 69

दारुवनलीला—नीललोहितपरीक्षा, ब्रह्मोपदेशः, अतिथिधर्मः, संन्यासक्रमः

वक्तुमर्हसि देवेश संन्यासं वै क्रमेण तु द्रष्टुं वै देवदेवेशम् उग्रं भीमं कपर्दिनम्

vaktumarhasi deveśa saṃnyāsaṃ vai krameṇa tu draṣṭuṃ vai devadeveśam ugraṃ bhīmaṃ kapardinam

يا ربَّ الآلهة، تفضّل ببيان نظام السَّنْياسا (الزهد وترك التعلّق) على ترتيبه الصحيح، ليُنال به شهودُ إلهِ الآلهة—رودرا، الشديد المهيب كَپَردِن—فهو وحده «پَتي» السيد، مُحرِّرُ الـpaśu (النفوس المقيّدة) من قيود الـpāśa (الأغلال).
