द्रुपदां वा त्रिरभ्यस्येद् व्याहृतिप्रणवान्विताम् / सावित्रीं वा जपेद् विद्वान् तथा चैवाघमर्षणम्

drupadāṃ vā trirabhyasyed vyāhṛtipraṇavānvitām / sāvitrīṃ vā japed vidvān tathā caivāghamarṣaṇam

أو لِيُتْلَ النشيدُ الغاياتري ذوُ الأقدامِ الثلاثة ثلاثَ مراتٍ، مقرونًا بالڤيَاهْرِتِي «bhūḥ, bhuvaḥ, svaḥ» وبالبراناڤا «أوم». أو ليُكَرِّرِ العالِمُ جَپَا السافِتْرِي (مانترا الغاياتري)، وكذلك أَغَهَمَرْشَنَة، الترتيلةَ الماحِيةَ للذنب.
