Sukta 25
प्र सु॑म॒तिं स॑वितर्वाय ऊ॒तये॒ मह॑स्वन्तं मत्स॒रं मा॑दयाथः । अ॒र्वाग् वा॒मस्य॑ प्र॒वतो॒ नि य॑च्छतं॒ तौ नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः
prá sumatíṁ savitar vā́ya ūtáye máhasvantaṁ matsaráṁ mādayāthaḥ | arvā́g vā́masya praváto ní yacchatáṁ táu no muñcatam áṁhasaḥ ||
Forth for our aid, O Savitar and Vāyu, do ye quicken good favor, rich in greatness; make ardor to exult. Hither, from the streaming course of your boon, do ye guide it down and hold it fast: do ye release us from distress.
لِعَوْنِنا، يا سافيتار ويا فايُو، أَثِيرا حُسْنَ الرِّضا الغنيَّ بالعظمة؛ واجعلا الحماسةَ تَفْرَحُ وتَبْتَهِج. وإلى هنا، من مجرى عطائكما الجاري، أَنْزِلاه وامسِكاه ثابتًا: وأَطْلِقانا من الضيق.
