मा त्वा॑ वृ॒क्षः सं बा॑धिष्ट॒ मा दे॒वी पृ॑थि॒वी म॒ही। लो॒कं पि॒तृषु॑ वि॒त्त्वैध॑स्व य॒मरा॑जसु
mā́ tvā vr̥kṣáḥ sáṃ bādhiṣṭa mā́ devī́ pr̥thivī́ mahī́ | lokáṃ pitṛ́ṣu vidvā́ édhasva yamarā́jasu
Let not the wood oppress thee; let not the Goddess Earth, the mighty, press upon thee. Knowing, win thee a world among the Fathers; wax thou in the realms of King Yama.
لا يَسْحَقْكَ الخشبُ، ولا تَضْغَطْ عليكَ الإلهةُ الأرضُ العظيمةُ الجليلة. وبالمعرفةِ انَلْ لنفسِكَ عالَمًا بين الآباءِ (Pitṛ)؛ وازْدَدْ نُمُوًّا في عوالمِ الملكِ يَما (Yama).
