It highlights the attainment of rasāyana (rejuvenative/alchemical formulations), auṣadhi (medicinal herbs), and comprehensive competence in śilpa (technical crafts) and kalā (arts).
By placing medicine (auṣadhi), rejuvenation/iatro-chemistry (rasāyana), and cultural-technical domains (śilpa and kalā) in a single instructional claim, it exemplifies the text’s wide coverage of practical sciences alongside religious teaching.
The verse frames such attainments as a fruit of sanctioned purāṇic discipline—suggesting that right practice yields both worldly competence (arts, crafts, medicines) and elevated, “divine” capacities associated with purification and merit.
