FAQs

Ayurvedic rasāyana and dietetic guidance: foods considered vṛṣya (virility-promoting) such as māṣa, milk, and ghee, plus an āyuṣya (longevity-promoting) Triphalā preparation combined with madhuka.

It exemplifies the Agni Purana’s non-sectarian, practical compendium style by embedding classical Ayurvedic nutrition and rasāyana formulations alongside other disciplines, treating health-science as part of dharma-oriented knowledge.

By promoting bodily vitality, longevity, and regulated diet, the instruction supports sustained performance of dharma (daily duties, worship, and self-discipline), which is traditionally regarded as conducive to merit and purification through a sattvic, nourishing regimen.
