यवान्नविकृतिः पूपं शुष्कमूलकजन्तथा शाकं पटोलवेत्राग्रमुरुस्तम्भविनाशनम्
yavānnavikṛtiḥ pūpaṃ śuṣkamūlakajantathā śākaṃ paṭolavetrāgramurustambhavināśanam
يُقال إن الأطعمة المُحضَّرة من عصيدة الشعير، وكعكة الشعير (pūpa)، وكذلك الفجل المجفف، ومع أطباق الخُضَر الورقية—وخاصةً الباتولا (القرع المدبّب) وطرف القصب الغضّ (vetrāgra)—تُزيل التيبّس أو الانسداد في الفخذين (uru-stambha).
