कीर्तिर्जयन्तम्भर्तारं वसुर्मारीचकश्ययम् धृतिस्त्यक्त्वा पतिं नन्दीं सोममेवाभजत्तदा

kīrtirjayantambhartāraṃ vasurmārīcakaśyayam dhṛtistyaktvā patiṃ nandīṃ somamevābhajattadā

كانت كيرتي (Kīrti) زوجةً لجيانتا (Jayanta)، وكانت فاسو (Vasu) لِماريتشاكاشْيَيا (Mārīcakaśyaya). أمّا دْهْرِتي (Dhṛti)، فبعد أن تركت زوجها نَنْدي (Nandī)، فقد تفرّغت حينئذٍ لسوما وحده تعبّداً.
