Mantra (japa/empowerment)

FAQs

It teaches a medhya (intellect-promoting) practice: vacā is used as a powdered coating/preparation and is ritually “mantrita” (charged) through one thousand mantra recitations before consumption to enhance cognition.

It blends practical Ayurveda (herbal nootropics like vacā) with ritual technology (mantra-japa as an empowerment step), showing how the Agni Purana integrates medicine, mantra practice, and applied household therapeutics in a single instruction.

The remedy is presented as both medicinal and sacral: mantra-empowerment frames bodily intake as a disciplined, merit-aligned act that purifies speech and mind and supports dharmic study through strengthened intellect.
