आर्द्रवासाश् च हेमन्ते तपश्चोग्रञ्चरेद्बली अपरावृत्तिमास्थाय व्रजेद्दिशमजिह्मगः

في موسم هِمَنْتَ (الشتاء)، على الزاهد القوي أن يمارس تقشّفًا شديدًا وهو يرتدي ثيابًا رطبة؛ ثم بعد أن يتعهد بنذر عدم الرجوع، يمضي في اتجاه مستقيم بلا اعوجاج ولا تردد.
