उत्कर्णके तु दातव्या वाराहञ्च तथा रसम् दशमूलकुलत्थाम्लकाकमाचीविपाचितम्

في حالة اتكارنكا (بروز الأذن أو تورّمها)، يُعطى أيضًا دهن الخنزير البري أو خلاصته؛ وكذلك يُعطى عصيرٌ دوائي مُحضَّرٌ بغلي دَشَمُولا، وكولاتثا، ومواد مُحمِّضة، وكاكاماشي.
