Having spoken these harsh words to Ravana, Ravana’s younger brother (Vibhishana) arrived in a moment at the place where Rama was accompanied by Lakshmana.
Vibheeshana, having addressed Ravana in harsh language, reached Rama and Lakshmana in a short while.
Ravananujah translates to 'Ravana's younger brother,' referring to Vibhishana, who abandons Ravana to seek refuge with Rama.
It means 'harsh words.' Although Vibhishana is righteous, he was forced to speak harshly to Ravana as a final act of severing ties after his counsel on Dharma was rejected.
