Prahlāda Instructs the Sons of Demons: Begin Bhakti from Childhood; Household Attachment as Bondage; Nārāyaṇa as the All-Pervading Supersoul

The human form of life affords one a chance to return home, back to Godhead. Therefore every living entity, especially in the human form of life, must engage in devotional service to the lotus feet of Lord Viṣṇu. This devotional service is natural because Lord Viṣṇu, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is the most beloved, the master of the soul, and the well-wisher of all other living beings.
The Lord says in Bhagavad-gītā (5.29) :
This verse states that approaching Viṣṇu’s lotus feet is the essential path because He is the indwelling Lord and the well-wisher who is dear to all living beings.
Prahlāda highlights that Viṣṇu seeks the true benefit of every soul, so devotion to Him is not sectarian—it is the universal good for all beings.
Center daily choices around devotion—remembering Viṣṇu, praying, chanting His names, and acting with trust that the Lord in the heart guides one toward lasting welfare.
