By framing it as a direct imperative—one should accompany the Kaurava wherever he goes—highlighting ordered allegiance as part of dharmic governance.
Even in terse political narration, the Vishnu Purana’s dynastic accounts implicitly present righteous rule and social order as resting within Vishnu’s overarching sovereignty that sustains dharma.
