इत्येवमुक्त्वा भगवाञ्जगाम दिशं स याम्यां सहसान्तरिक्षम् आक्रम्य तस्थौ स हि तां तदाशां काले व्रजाम्यत्र यदा मुनीन्द्रः
ityevamuktvā bhagavāñjagāma diśaṃ sa yāmyāṃ sahasāntarikṣam ākramya tasthau sa hi tāṃ tadāśāṃ kāle vrajāmyatra yadā munīndraḥ
如此说罢，世尊迅疾穿行虚空，向南方而去。抵达那一方位后，他停驻其处，心念道：“待到时机成熟，当诸圣中最胜者到来时，我将来此。”
