yoganidrātmane nābhipadmodbhūtajagatsṛje | namaḥ salilarūpāya kāraṇāya jagatsthiteḥ

顶礼于汝：汝之本性为瑜伽之眠；由脐莲而生诸世界之创造者。顶礼于汝：汝现为宇宙之水，乃世间得以安住延续之因。
