brahmovāca | tvaṃ liṃgarūpī tu mahāprabhāvo vedāṃtavedyosi mahātmarūpi | yenaiva sarve jagadātmamūlaṃ kṛtaṃ sadānaṃdapareṇa nityam
Brahmā
Tirtha: Kedāra
Type: kshetra
Scene: Brahmā, humbled, offers a Vedāntic hymn to a radiant Liṅga; the Liṅga’s aura subtly contains the three worlds, suggesting creation rooted in the Supreme Self.
Śiva as the Liṅga is the Vedānta-realized reality—source of creation and the blissful ground of all existence.
Within Kedārakhaṇḍa, the theology supports Kedāra pilgrimage by identifying the Liṅga as the supreme, Vedāntic Lord.
No formal rite is stated; the verse functions as a stotra (praise) suitable for recitation before the Liṅga.
