Transliteration

harabhaktasya lokasya trilokyāṃ nāsti durlabham | bahiḥpravṛttiṃ sagṛhya jñānakarmendriyādi ca

Translation

对哈罗（湿婆）虔敬之众而言，三界之中无有难得之事。然而，若执取外向之行——以及知觉诸根、作业诸根等——当明了其在修持戒律中的正当位置。
