शैवं पुराणममलं शिवकीर्तितं तद्व्यासेन शैवप्रवणेन न संगृहीतम् । संक्षेपतः सकलजीवगुणोपकारे तापत्रयघ्नमतुलं शिवदं सतां हि

śaivaṃ purāṇamamalaṃ śivakīrtitaṃ tadvyāsena śaivapravaṇena na saṃgṛhītam | saṃkṣepataḥ sakalajīvaguṇopakāre tāpatrayaghnamatulaṃ śivadaṃ satāṃ hi

此《湿婆派往世书》清净无垢,由主湿婆亲自宣说;并非由毗耶娑编纂,尽管他亦深心归向湿婆。简而言之,它饶益一切众生之德行,摧灭三重苦恼,无与伦比,且真实赐予善人“湿婆”——吉祥与解脱。
