超越诸古那(guṇa)的至上湿婆(Paraśiva),依止上师之形;祂制御并除遣如罗阇斯(rajas)等诸古那及其变相,从而引导被缚之灵越出其支配。
Sūta Gosvāmi (narrating Śiva’s teaching on liberation in the Vidyeśvarasaṃhitā context)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Role: liberating
It teaches that liberation is not achieved by the soul’s effort alone: Paraśiva, as the Guru, subdues and dispels the binding play of the three guṇas and their mental modifications, enabling transcendence and true freedom.
Though Paraśiva is guṇātīta (nirguṇa), He compassionately becomes accessible as saguna—especially as the Guru and through Linga-worship—so the devotee can receive guidance and grace that loosens bondage to rajas, tamas, and even sattva.
Cultivate Guru-bhakti and disciplined japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with steady meditation to quiet rājasic and tāmasic vṛttis; this supports inner purification so Śiva’s grace can lift one beyond the guṇas.
