It teaches that true Śiva-bhakti is completed by reverent worship (mahābhiṣeka and naivedya) and compassionate giving—feeding the learned and needy—so devotion becomes both ritual purity and dharmic generosity.
Mahābhiṣeka and naivedya are core upacāras of Liṅga worship in Saguna practice, where the devotee serves Śiva as the accessible Lord; the subsequent feeding of Brāhmaṇas is treated as an extension of offering to Śiva through His devotees.
Perform a concluding mahābhiṣeka, offer naivedya with mantra and devotion, and then do anna-dāna by feeding Brāhmaṇas (or qualified guests) abundantly as the rite’s completion.
