ब्राह्मणस्तु जपेन्नित्यं क्रमाच्छिवपदप्रदान् । वेदमंत्रांस्तु सूक्तानि जपेन्नियममास्थितः
brāhmaṇastu japennityaṃ kramācchivapadapradān | vedamaṃtrāṃstu sūktāni japenniyamamāsthitaḥ
然而,婆罗门应当每日依次持诵能赐予“湿婆之境”的湿婆真言;并安住于戒律与行持(niyama)之中,也应诵读吠陀诸真言与赞歌(sūkta)。

It teaches that liberation-oriented Śaiva practice is not casual: daily mantra-japa, done in proper order and supported by niyama (discipline), leads the seeker toward Śiva-pada—communion with and attainment of the Lord.
In the Vidyeśvara context, Saguna Śiva worship is upheld through mantra and regulated ritual life; japa directed to Śiva (often alongside Linga-upāsanā) is presented as a direct means to approach Śiva’s grace and state.
