Transliteration

liṃgaṃ tatra pratiṣṭhāpya ligaṃ pīṭhena yojayet | liṃgaṃ sapīṭhaṃ nikṣipya nityalepena baṃdhayet

Translation

于彼处安立林伽后，当使林伽与其座基（pīṭha）相合。将林伽连同座基安置妥当，应以仪轨所定之常涂固结泥（nitya-lepa）牢牢封固。
