将一部吉祥经典安置其上,字迹娟秀、书写精美;智者信众当将其奉献于阿阇梨(ācārya,灵性导师)。由此功德,便得解脱轮回(saṃsāra)之缚。
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Significance: Scripture-gift to the ācārya is treated as a liberation-aiding act: it removes bhava-bandhana by aligning the paśu with śāstra and guru, conduits of Śiva’s grace.
Type: stotra
Role: teaching
It teaches that honoring the ācārya with an auspicious scripture (grantha-dāna) is a dharmic act that supports right knowledge (jñāna) and, by Shiva’s grace, loosens the pasha (bondage) of saṃsāra.
In Shaiva practice, service to the guru is treated as service to Shiva in manifest form (saguṇa upāsanā). Offering a Shiva-related scripture strengthens devotion and correct understanding that guides proper Linga-worship.
Perform grantha-dāna: place a sacred text respectfully in a clean, sanctified space (often near a Shiva shrine) and offer it to one’s ācārya with reverence, along with a prayer for release from bhava-bandhana (worldly bondage).
