他是不可战胜的人,是英雄;他是肤色黝黑者,是征服者,是众生之主。他是帕尔詹亚,降雨者,也是财富的监管者——的确,这整个宇宙都属于他。

The verse affirms Shiva as Pati—the supreme Lord who governs life, victory, rain, and prosperity—so the devotee shifts reliance from limited powers to the one all-pervading Master of the jagat.
By listing divine functions (creation, protection, nourishment), it supports Saguna contemplation: the Linga is worshiped as the one Shiva who manifests all cosmic offices while remaining the supreme Lord beyond them.
Meditate on Shiva’s all-lordship while repeating the Panchakshara “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” offering water (jalābhiṣeka) as a symbol of Parjanya (rain/nourishment) and surrendering desires for wealth and security to Him.
